As the list of bars and restaurant in Boston's Seaport expands, so does my affection for for this growing neighborhood. Up and coming is one of my NYC favorite's, Rosa Mexicano. Although it is a chain restaurant, and there are definitely more authentic spots to try, Rosa never fails to hit the spot with their creative margaritas and deliciously fresh guac. Even cooler, Rosa has announced that Top Chef Masters runner up and current chef at Barbuto NYC Jonathan Waxman will be adding his flavor and expertise to the menu, which I'm sure will make for an even more exciting opening - can't wait!
